The Windsor Port Authority has a 32 acre (12.9ha) parcel of property available for development in the Port of Windsor.  The property has over 1400 feet (426.7m) of frontage on the Detroit River and is abutted on the south by Morterm Ltd; a general cargo terminal, and on the north by the proposed 100 acre (40.4ha) truck plaza which will serve the new international bridge crossing.  The property is therefore ideally situated for either a multi-modal terminal or a manufacturing facility servicing Southwestern Ontario and the Midwestern United States.

 

The land is available for lease for up to 60 years and the Port Authority will consider both joint ventures and build-to-lease projects.
