The Windsor Port Authority pursues economic development opportunities that focus on marine transportation and related industries. Proudly, the Port of Windsor supports 937 jobs in Ontario generating $23.4-million in wages and salaries, $130.5-million in business revenue, and $17.6-million in provincial and federal sales tax.

Overseeing 21 kilometres of river footage between Morton Drive in Ojibway and the Town of Tecumseh, the Windsor Port Authority also gives back to the community-at-large. Besides the charitable services and gifts provided to the community by our Port Tenants and Users, the Windsor Port Authority partners with non-profit and environmental groups to make Windsor-Essex a great place to live, work and play.
